It's one of those days again, unpredictable rains and crazy potato cravings. I have been having lots of fries lately.Can I share one of the discoveries I made,I can literally eat anything and still maintain that small body, trust me my tummy/waist is to die for.
I have no time to take a shower ,I mean I did my skincare routine when I woke up so that accounts for something, right? I wear a hoodie on top of my pajamas and some lip balm and head to this new fast food restaurant in my area.
There's a long queue on the service counter so I sit right near the entrance as I wait. Scrolling aimlessly at my phone while looking around,I can't help but notice this couple at the corner. Their fashion style is different and kinda interesting.From a clean official look on the girl to raggedly street wear with too much piercings on the guy.I don't want to judge and I also know that you can never have too much piercings. There's alot of touching, feeding each other and taking selfies. They're a lovely couple having an early lunch. Wait,I think they are a new couple on their fourth date.Or maybe they're just lovers who don't care about the world, and I love that for them.
Do you ever wonder how people with different ideologies love each and decide to live together? Honestly,I do. They say opposite poles attract each other and we all know that there's no fun when people agree to everything you say, but hear me out.What happens when you are a loud talkative being who falls for a quite shy person? A careful planner who meets a spontaneous reckless person? You can work that out, right? That's what we think and we comfort ourselves because we've been made to believe that we are all unique.
But what happens when they can't let you practice your religious beliefs, when they think that, they're always right and want to change who you are. When they are unable to listen and can't understand your point of view. Will you be willing to be the bigger person and let them walk all over you?
I have met people who complain about their spouse's hygiene .I recently watched an interview about this girl who claimed that she's never washed her feet ,gross right?Why would someone wash their feet when there's water from the shower/other body parts splashing on my legs?she asked. How do you even start teaching a grown up about taking showers?
How much is too much when deciding to settle down with someone. What's the criteria for weighing want you want, what do you do with all the vices?
I was having a conversation with a friend and they said that "you are lucky if you find a few traits,hizo zingine fungia macho". But I'm a perfectionist who gets easily disgusted I don't want to funga macho forever. That's draining.
